Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

B-Secur is looking for a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, US Healthcare, your role is expected to be one of our most impactful hires in 2023. You will lead the development and expansion of the entire commercial partnership pipeline, manage a high velocity sales cycle, navigate a strategic sales process and build and grow a strategic partnerships team over time. You will qualify, develop, and manage MedTech and Healthcare targets: including next-gen Digital Health developers and providers, MedTech companies (cardiac implantable, ambulatory cardiac monitoring, RPM, and wearables), and large health systems. You will be our voice in the market, owning relationships while providing the team with feedback. You will oversee and direct the strategic partner sales process, engaging in all activities from prospecting through negotiation, deal signature and ongoing partner management. This will be a high visibility role with frequent interactions with the executive team.

The Role

What you will do at B-Secur:

  • Develop, refine, and support a company-wide commercial partnership and enterprise growth strategy for HeartKey cloud-based algorithms
  • Oversee the GTM strategy; including implementation and management of commercial partnerships who integrate HeartKey cloud-based algorithms in their products and services
  • Build, manage, and execute against targeting methodology, prospect funnel, ongoing relationships with important targets
  • Lead commercialization strategy for major strategic partners
  • Evaluate and communicate external partner needs and opportunities to team members across B-Secur
  • Develop organic growth strategies for signed partnerships
  • Deliver against revenue targets
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture

The Person

You will be:

  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of cardiology, electrophysiology, ECG analysis, AI, cardiac monitoring, healthcare, from traditional health systems to HealthTech SaaS and MedTech companies
  • Analytical with an understanding of several data workflows and SaaS pricing models
  • Agile with the ability to iterate as you learn
  • Excellent at documenting decisions and moving commercial relationships forward
  • Able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, financial, and operational perspective

What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years experience with roles in Strategic Business Development
  • Startup experience required
  • MedTech and HealthTech experience required
  • Track record of closing strategic and enterprise-level partnership deals
  • Technical knowledge of industry trends and the important players in the competitive landscape
  • The ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse groups, spanning all organizational levels
  • Top MBA strongly preferred
